The Balboa 54385-03 with a chip number of VS511SZR2 is an OEM replacement for the Balboa VS501Z Spa Controller model.

Note: Finding the appropriate PCB replacement requires knowing the chip number. Some look exactly the same but have different functionality. This is usually printed on a white label attached to the logic chip at the board's center.

Tech Tips:
• This circuit board is not plug and play. Arrangement of white wires will need to be moved to the same location as on the original board.
• Heater connection studs must be tight and secure. Failure to secure connection can result in heat/resistance and will burn the board. The manufacturer will not honor the warranty if burned at this connection.
