This Intermatic Heavy-Duty Mechanical Time Switch is designed for commercial, industrial, and residential applications with a 208-277V voltage rating. This model includes an extra feature that shuts off the gas-fired swimming pool heater approximately 20 minutes before the filter pump shuts down. This helps to eliminate problems such as pounding and knocking due to overheated water, reducing limestone and scale deposits, and extending the service life of the heater.
