Shipping and delivery

Why do you charge for shipping?

Carriers charge us with costs to deliver your order from our warehouse to your location.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We normally do not ship via PO Box addresses due to the high risk of non-delivery of orders. But if you like, just indicate it on your order notes before finalizing your checkout.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Sorry, but overnight shipping is not available at this time.

Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

Sorry, we cannot. We can only claim one coupon for every order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please send us a picture of the damaged product including the box showing all of its sides at support@wildwestpoolsupplies.com

Why do you charge tax on shipping?

Freight costs, shipping, and handling charges are considered part of a sale and therefore subject to tax. This is imposed by the government and we have to comply with it.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's shipping dimensions and weight.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Do I get a refund for the shipping cost of my returned order?

No, you won't. Only the cost of item/s being returned will be refunded.

How long until I receive my refund?

How long until I receive refund for my returned order?

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Can I return an item if I already installed it?

Items that have been installed are already considered as used so we can no longer return that for warranty.

Can I return my order without authorization?

Sorry, we cannot. You will need an authorization number before you can return your order. You have to contact our support for the issuance and return instructions.

Do you provide return label?

Sorry, we do not. Return costs are shouldered by the customer except for cases wherein incorrect products were sent to you or incurred damages upon receipt.

What if my product arrived damaged?

What items cannot be returned? (if an item cannot be returned, it will be declared at checkout or on the product page)

Sorry, we cannot. We have no mechanism for retroactively applying a coupon code for existing orders.

What is not covered by warranty?

Defects or damages caused by improper use/installation, damage from natural disasters, loss or theft, products that have been modified or altered
