Most items that remain new and unused may be returned for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the reason the part needs to be returned. We will contact you shortly with further instructions — you will receive an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) to place on the outside of the package, and the manufacturer's address to mail the part.
Condition of returned items: In most cases, items may only be returned if they are new and unused, and do not have any damage pertaining to attempted installation or use. Be advised if your product has been used, accepting or rejecting a returned item is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or distribution center.
DO NOT mail your return package back to the return address on the box — it needs to be returned to the manufacturer directly. Sending packages back to our corporate offices (in Phoenix, Arizona) will result in further delays processing your return (we will have to ship it to the manufacturer on your behalf) and in some cases, a 25% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges, may be assessed.
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All returned items are subject to an inspection.
All return requests (excluding warranty claims) must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
