How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item to Wild West Pool Supplies, we accept returns on most items that are in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note, refunds will be issued minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee may apply. 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and the return address. Without an RMA #, returns cannot be processed. It typically takes 1-3 business days to issue an RMA #. Upon receipt of your RMA #, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

All returned items are subject to inspection.

 

Please Note:

  • Return Address: Returns sent to our Phoenix, AZ address will not be accepted. They must be shipped to our distributor warehouse. 

  • Condition of Items: Items must be new and unused, and returned in their original packaging without any marks on the product or packaging. Products showing signs of attempted installation will not be accepted. 

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply.

  • Shipping Charges: Except in cases of Wild West error, customers are responsible for outbound and return shipping charges; original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase (not including warranty claims). 

  • Warranty Claims: Most products have a conditional, 1-year manufacturer's warranty policy. To initiate a warranty claim, email us at support@wildwestpoolsupplies.com. Please include the reason for your claim along with any photos that would help us to accelerate the claims process. We will work with the distributor or manufacturer on your behalf and will provide return shipping instructions. Do not ship this item to our business address. We do not have the authority to fulfill your claim. 
  • Special Order items are non-returnable.

 

Recommendations for Returning Your Item

  • Use a Trackable Shipping Method: We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of shipment.

  • Insure Your Package: For added security, consider insuring your package for the invoiced amount. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping, unless insurance is purchased through our Partner, Route.

 

Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to process due to transit speed, inspecting returned merchandise, and banking protocols. We always endeavor to processes refunds as quickly as possible.
