The Hayward Timer Kit TVX7000TM was created to work in conjunction with the valve kit. The booster pump and hose kit's high-pressure water is distributed throughout the many places and parts that require it to function properly by the timer kit. The timer component turns off the rear propulsion jet and only allows the front thrust jet to operate, allowing the cleaner to reverse itself around tricky obstacles like steps or corners while still operating at a wider range of coverage.
This timer is white in color, identical to the valve, and fastens to the valve with the aid of two screws. The top assembly and foam kit can be readily removed to gain access to all of these pieces, which are located in the cleaner's center (or internal area).
