The Invensys 275-2535-08 Thermostat is a single pole device that is rated at 25 amps and has a maximum temperature rating of 107°F. Its main purpose is to act as a safety device, ensuring that the heater does not reach dangerously high temperatures. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to install the thermostat's bulb in a dry well or groove tube, preferably right before the heater. It is important to note that if the thermostat is found to be out of calibration, it should not be adjusted by non-professionals in the field.
