The Hayward Flow Sensor CAX-20203 is a replacement for the CAT controller's rotary flow sensor. CAT flow sensors find enough recirculating flow to provide precise pH and sanitizer readings. The flow sensor can be used by all CAT controllers to turn off automated chemical feeding when there is insufficient flow (due to backwash, clogged strainers, electrical storms, etc.). The flow sensor offers an additional measure of protection for the equipment and bathers. This protection is increased because of the CAT rotary flow sensor.
