The Pentair 272422 Valve Top Assy is designed to fit the 2" Hi-Flow Multiport Valve. It comes with a white, curved dome-type lid with an outside diameter of 9". The lid has 8 screw holes, and one of them has a round male tab around it. This tab is used for proper alignment and fits into a female hole on the valve bottom. For further accuracy, there is a small triangular pointer located on the bottom side of the valve top near the tab location. This makes it easy to make sure the top is lined up correctly.

It features a PVC body and a large one-piece handle for easy operation and a six-position positive-lock operation. The Noryl heavy-duty diverter provides unrestricted flow through two in. ports and the valves are designed for specific D.E. and sand filter applications. It also has a special winterizing position for added convenience.
