The Polaris Impeller R0536400 replacement is for use with the newer model Polaris PB4-60 Booster Pumps manufactured after December 2011 and newer pumps with serial numbers after PB120111001 or beginning with AVEH050100. The serial number can be found near the top of the pump near the outlet.
The impeller is located inside of the pump housing and screws onto the shaft of the motor. The impeller is what creates the pumping action needed to run the PB460 Booster Pump.
