Shipping & Returns

Return Policy:

Most items that remain new and unused may be returned for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please send an email to, including the reason the part needs to be returned. We will contact you shortly with further instructions — you will receive an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) to place on the outside of the package, and the manufacturer's address to mail the part.

Condition of returned items: In most cases, items may only be returned if they are new and unused, and do not have any damage pertaining to attempted installation or use. Be advised if your product has been used, accepting or rejecting a returned item is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or distribution center.

DO NOT mail your return package back to the return address on the box — it needs to be returned to the manufacturer directly. Sending packages back to our corporate offices (in Phoenix, Arizona) will result in further delays processing your return (we will have to ship it to the manufacturer on your behalf) and in some cases, a 25% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges, may be assessed.  

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All returned items are subject to an inspection.

All return requests (excluding warranty claims) must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.

Shipping Policy: 

Most orders will be processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 
Delivery date estimates shown during checkout are estimated; actual delivery times may vary slightly. 

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In some infrequent cases, most often due to rural addresses or oversized packages, additional shipping charges may be required. In such cases, Wild West will attempt to cover the additional shipping charges wherever possible; if this is not possible, customer will be informed promptly, and if customer is not comfortable with the additional delivery charge, refunded in full and immediately.


Wild West Pool Supplies ships products using FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Wild West Pool Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays or other delays caused by events outside of our control.


International Shipments: Wild West Pool Supplies can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some international orders may be subject to additional tariffs and duties (subject to your local tax authority — Wild West Pool Supplies bears no responsibility for paying destination country tariffs on your behalf).

Wild West Pool Supplies is located in Arizona and charges Sales tax in accordance with the state tax rate of the customer's shipping address.
