The Waterway Plastics Manifold Wye, 2" S X 2" S X 2" S, 672-8000 is designed to evenly disperse the water and reduce friction loss. This is great for increasing water flow to the end manifolds from the jet pump. Instead of fitting 90° tees to split the flow of water, a wye being an in-line splitter keeps the flow of water in a straight line. It is used after the outlet of a pump and splits the pipework so that two manifolds can be supplied with water in a short distance. This has three 2-inch female pipe ports and is made of very durable white ABS plastic.
